Two new books

Now I'm reading two new books after a while. The first one is called The Whispering Road and the other is called The Book of Night with Moon. By the name of the first one you probably all ready know that it has something to do with ghosts. Actually one of the main characters, Annie, can contact spirits. Though his bother (I guess you can call him a the main character bacause he is the one that has the point-of-veiw) doesn't like it very much. The other one is about cats :). It's set at a more modern time at New York. There is something different about this place though. Within the crowds their are wizards. Both animal and human, yet they only seem a myth here, just because low in profile gets their jobs done.

Finished!

I'm finised with Watership Down! It was a good book, though it was long... about 480 pages or something like that. It's a great book for anyone who likes adventure!

Oh, and this might be a spoiler but the rabbits are safe at the end :)

Part One: The Journey

There are four parts to Watership Down, and the first part to what I see is the largest. Of course it's called the journey because that's exacally what they're doing. In this part you learn about some rabbit ledgends and other stuff, and the all important thing that rabbits bolt or stare stiff when frightened.
The big part of this is the warren that they find. This warren has something off about it, and Fiver knows it. Though the others thing nothing of it, sure they're kind of weird but they're friendly. Stilll, some things are fishy, why are the rabbits not answering any questions that start with "where"? Things are pretty odd in this warren, is it safe, or not?

On with Watership Down

Now we finally start the begining!

The rabbits live a warren, very, very peaceful. Yet there's one rabbit that's a little uneasy.

Fiver, the fifth of the litter somehow or another is able to predict dangers, know if something is dangerous, and can see if were they're going to go is safe and nothing bad is going to happen.
One day Fiver gets all uneasy and tells Hazel is older brother that something bads going to happen to the warren, and they need to excape, NOW! Hazel remembers all Fiver's predictions always ending being right. Yet somehow he thinks just leaving the warren has the same amount of danger, and what about the rest of the rabbits? So, they go to tell the Chief Rabbit, the one in charge of everything, and ask him about it. Well, the warren has something like a protection group too, and they're not really the friendly type. They turn them down thinking Fiver is just imagining things. Fiver can't shake the felling though and asked Hazel if they can leave again, just them. Of course Hazel thinks better about that, and says that maybe they should bring some others just incase. And they do find some rabbits willing to help, and thus begining their journey to a faraway place to call home.

The Beginning of Watership Down

As I told you on the other blog this book is about rabbits. The two main characters presented in the beginning are, a male called Hazel and his little brother Fiver. In this book the rabbits talk in Lapine. Well in Lapine the only numbers they know are 1, 2, 3, and 4. So another way two say "Fiver" is "Hrairoo" a.k.a "Little Thousand". All the other numbers are just Hrair, or any number over four.

On the left, is the cover of the book. I'm really not sure which character is on the front, or if it's just some random rabbit, but if I had to choose I would think it's Hazel.

I'll continue the next time I blog.

Another Book

As you know I finished the other book so now I get to choose my own book.
The book is called Watership Down, by Richard Adams. It's an adventure story about rabbits.
I really like it so far. I'm not even halfway yet.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days!

Some people should have at least heard of this game. Well even if you didn't I got it!
It's a really good RPG. It's not a continuation of Kingdom Hearts 2, instead it's a side story
about Sora's noboby Roxas. I'm going through it at a decent pace so far.
(I't for the nintendo D.S.)
